 Can we bring alcohol aboard the motor coach?
Yes, a damage deposit is required prior to the trip, which we will refund if the bus is returned in reasonable condition. No kegs or glass containers. Coolers are allowed, but make sure they don't leak.
- Is smoking permitted on motorcoaches?
No. No tobacco products of any kind are permitted on charter buses.
- Can we bring coolers for food and drink on the bus?
Yes, coolers are permitted on motor coaches. Coolers can usually be placed on the seats or in the undercarriage below the bus but not in the aisle.
- What if my itinerary needs to change?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate any changes in your travel plans.
- What if something goes wrong with my charter bus trip?
We make sure that each trip goes as smoothly as possible. If a refund of the trip is necessary do to a problem or disruption we will negotiate the amount. Twenty percent of the trip will not be refundable.
- Is it customary for bus drivers to get a gratuity?
It is customary for the drivers to get $2-$3 per day per passenger.
- What is included with the price and what other costs should I consider?
Any parking fees or drivers lodging are not included in price for the bus.
Driver gratiutiy is also not included in the price.

"I just returned from a bus trip to Branson, Missouri with the Whiteside county senior citizens. I went with my mother, Helen Melton. Our bus driver was Ray Aspenson. To say he did a GREAT job would be a complete understatement!!! Ray went above and beyond the call of duty every day of the trip!! Also it was not just what he did but his sincerity in wanting to help everyone have a nice time! I have been in customer service/sales for 22 years! People or employees like Ray are rare these days and I feel the need to call your attention to him. Everyone on the bus commented how they had been on MANY bus trips and NONE of their drivers had done as good a job or been even close to as nice as Ray.
This trip will be a fond memory of mine thanks to Ray and your fine company!"
